Did Dreier vote against FMA?

This 365/AP article on Tony Blair's twink son going to work with tan-in-a-can "alleged" closet case David Dreier says Dreier voted for the Federal Marriage Amendment last year. But I could swear that he didn't, partially because of all the controversy over his "allegedly" having his lover on the payroll. Does anyone else remember differently?
