Ack! Issues!

I went to hear Euguinie Scott speak today. She is this big time Science teachers lobbyist especially on the issue on Evolution instruction. Very intelligent lady, as it turns out we're holding our ground on evolution education in the left. Yet still 46 percent of Americans believe that God created the world in six days. Alot of it has to do with the Teachers, in PA about 50 percent of science teachers don't think evolution is the true nature of the world. I say the most important social endevor America can take at this point is raising teaches salaries 5 grand a year. How many B-52's would that cost? Anyone want to guess. well a B-52 costs about 2 billion divided by 5 thou is about 400000 teachers. The goal is to get more intelligent people to become teachers. The most signifcant factor in students test scores is the teachers intellegince. That's a fact. Yet teachers get the lowest paid for any of the Masters holders. Something has to change.
