War Crimes Suit presented against Bush et al in Chile

Civil and left-oriented political organizations have presented a war-crimes case against Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Powell, Bremer and Karpinski (maybe others as well) in Chile today. Bush is scheduled to travel to Santiago in November for the APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) summit.

EDIT: This suit asks the Appeals Court in Santiago to issue an order to detain and question Bush in relation to the war crimes committed at Abu Grahib.
