Another poll has Bush at 43 percent

That's two polls pegging Bush at 43 percent. His core base is probably around 30 percent, so he still has some room to fall further. And given that his entire agenda is Schiavo, killing the filibuster, and killing social security, there's plenty of fuel to power their continued collapse.
