Democrats are irate that former American Presidents Clinton and Carter were snubbed from participating in Reagan's funeral, and the Right has blasted back saying that Nancy and the family have the right to dictate who should be allowed to speak for the Reagan Patriarch. While the Right may have a point, what they fail to mention is that this funeral is being paid by our tax dollars, our,
American citizen tax dollars, and so far it has cost Washington more than $40 million.
So, dKos community, do you think the Reagan family, or whomever is in charge of this week's events, if they wish to still exclude certain key public officials from this State funeral, should they therefore reimburse the taxpayers and pay for all the costs of this week-long funeral?
