Chandler to Endorse Clark

Josh Marshall of TPM is reporting thant Ben Chandler who lost in last november's kentucky gubenatorial race and who is now running for his opponents old congressional seat is going to endorse Clark.

While the endorsement of someone who isn't even in congress might seem unimportant,  but Marshall thinks that this endorsement will serve as amunintion in the Clark/Dean southern electability debate. It could also strengthen a "resurgent Clark" meme I think.

Clark is expected to use his blog to raise funds for Chandler's election effort in a special election on the 17th of february. Dean is also expected to raise money for Chandler similarly.
