Texas-sized payback Chicago style

I am interested in starting a Chicago-based community of people willing to volunteer to help dump Chicago area Republican House members: Henry Hyde, IL06; Phil Crane, IL08; Mark Kirk, IL10;  Judy Biggert, IL13; and perhaps Jerry Weller, IL11.

The Republicans tried to change the national balance of power in Texas using unprecedented redistricting.

I suspect there are a large number of people in the Chicago area mad enough to be willing to volunteer.  Volunteering could be registering people to vote, doing voter ID, one-on-one persuasion, recruiting residents of these districts to become active or otherwise assisting in ousting Chicago area Republicans.

I envision creating a blog to foster a sense of community and allowing people to sign-up online.  Of course, organizing transportation from where people live to the districts in question will be important.
