Updated Convention Delegate Counts based on Poll Results

The national Marist poll and local Vermont poll have been added to the chart. The chart now reflects the results of the latest polls in 20 states and one national poll.

If anyone has heard the latest state-by-state delegate allocations for the 2004 conventions, I would really love this info!
