OxBlog has been compiling a list of all 100 Senators and whether they have made a public statement either in favor or in opposition to the premise of amending the US Constitution in support of any anti-marriage amendment, or whether they have pointedly avoided responding. The statement has to be general to the purpose of any amendment, and not seemingly with respect to only the proposed Musgrave version.
So far, they've got 61/100 senators, and I just found statements from Joe Lieberman and Joe Biden which seem to put them clearly against amending the Constitution.
Anyone with links or emails from any of the remaining Senators would be encourages to pass that information along.
