Well, Dean said his candidacy 'may' end. I guess that means it burns and then arises Phoenix like in a new form - whatever it is. He is usually doing something new and unexpected (like telling the truth in a political campaign), so we shall see.

That said, I feel really bummed out, miserable, and horrified. I remember the same horrible, stunned and sickened feeling after Bush I won, already after 8 years of the Ronnie Show.

Well, someday, not today, I will live to fight another day. But not today. Today is the dumps, the doldrums, the ache of loss.
