BREAKING NEWS

Lower 9th Ward of New Orleans, on east side of city, under 5 to 6 feet of water after pumps fail, mayor says. Details soon.

I;m sure this whole area was evacuated since it is so close to the coast. And since nothing else has failed yet it seems New Orleans might be okay. But this "ward" is going to have such immense damage. Hopefully everyone is out. But wow.
