I was just on KABC-AM a local Pravda outlet for the Bush administration talking about the Downing Street Minutes," the document from British Intelligence that proves that this administration was hell-bent on attacking Iraq, with or without proof of WMDs.
I called the KABC Internet line (1-888-900-KABC), and since this line is reserved for their long-distance callers, I told them I was calling from San Francisco.
Obviously, the topic of the day is the Michael Jackson acquittal. I told the screener that I was happy about the decision, but the liberal media will still try to crucify him! (OK, I embellished here for my own amusement, but it worked!)

In talking on-air to Al Rantel, I told him that I'm going to talk about the Downing Street Minutes since they haven't covered it since the story broke three weeks ago! Needless to say, he was a little pissed, but I did give out the website downingstreetmemo.com before he cut me off.
I know that some might not agree with my tactics, but I personally feel that if a station or screener is preventing me from using our public airwaves to speak truth to power, I can do what I need to disseminate the truth, whether they want to be willing participants or not.
It personally feel sad about this verdict, but if I can derail the media circus a little by reminding people that we passed the 1700 military death threshold in a war that is actually DOCUMENTED as being illegal, the calls are worth the effort.
