Because the last two are looking rather full.

At some point, there should be some sort of a local and national reward for New Orleans Channel 4 for planning to stay on the air--or so I read--under what are truly dangerous circumstances.

ALso, as it has not yet been said, there should be some appropriate tribute to the public and utility employees of New Orleans who chose to stay on the job in the face of potential death and drive the evacuation busses, run the pumps, monitor the levees, maintain public safety,...

Those employees are real heroes.  There can be no doubt that the New Orleaners knew that there is a grave threat of death which could have been avoided by heading for the hills.
