I think the 'future' ad is one if not the best ad in this season, perfectly screened brilliant colours and they use every bit of Clark's ability to look good on a tv screen.
Notice the movement of the camera when he sits down, very god job. ( of course I am a bit biased)
John Edwards
Very good advertising team, but I'm not sure if you can win campaigns with those ads, partly they feel like little mood pieces without substance I'm not sure why.

John Kerry
The real challenge, how can you make interesting a spots with Kerry, some of them are rather good but only those where others endorse him. The funniest thing is the only time when the campaign really aired ads with Kerry in them, the voters started running away ( NH the children have to be safe thing ). The percentage of ads focusing on Kerry is 10 - 30 % compare this to Edwards 100% and others.
I like 'good american' no new ideas but good job.

Howard Dean
I always wondered why somebody would hire C-Span 2 to make their ads, now looks like the Dean campaign did it. The have the rare collection of the first online campaign, the best grassroots, best fundraising, worst website( it's true, the usability went over the line months ago, the best websites : Kerry - Clark - Dean - Edwards and i'm not sure about the last two), worst ads.
My favourite example for really bad political advertising is the biographical ad, it has at least ten issue points and nearly no bio information, nobody can follow it the points just fly by, i call this ad ' prescription budget children' .

Kucinich
I like it , of course Dennis has no points to work with ( he's not a really attractive candidate and has no new issues and he has no chance)so what they did with his ads is really good.
If this were an ordinary primary campaign ( I mean if the Texan weren't in the WH and Dennis weren't the kind of strange freak he sometimes is )these ads would really push him ( to 10% or sth).
They are very on the point.
