this is starting to worry me. I had heard Howard Dean was having a rough time figuring out how to shake the Democratic money trees, but to have less than $10 million in the bank 12 months out of perhaps our best chance to retake Washington this decade ... something's gotta change.
Where are all you Deaniacs now? Is he really the right man for the job? If this article is to be believed, it sounds like he's having trouble with the basics of the basics: Just asking for dough. Guess he can't just turn the spigot on like he did in '03.
I'm not needling here. I'm genuinely worried. We can have all the advantages in the World, but if we're broke, we can't compete on GOTV or on air. Someone tell me this is going to get better!
