God's Performance Evaluation

It is high time that God Almighty submits to a Performance Evaluation. We're always blaming His followers for trying to invade our freedoms and impose their views on us forcibly. Hey. Why blame the rank and file? Hold the top guy responsible! His two Big Books (Bible and Koran) promote slavery, endorse abuse of homosexuals, women, and children, and exhort people to armed warfare. Don't fall back on that New Testament either. It gives solid advice on how to desert your family and leave them to starve.

My personal Performance Evaluation of God Almighty ranks him with bird flu as a severe menace to global society. Remember, this deity has plagues and knows how to use them.

While we're at it, let's take a look at the Second in Command. He may have died for our sins, but does that get us health care for our kids or a living wage?

Hey, Jesus: When are you going to start touching the hearts of these rapacious CEOs who pocket billions while the little people can't get the medicine they need? Isn't that what you're supposed to do? What are you doing up there in heaven, playing the fiddle?

I say we oust this underperforming, dangerous Creator of the Universe in favor of a deity with fresh ideas.
