I emailed the Center for Cooperative Research regarding the 2004 election "glitches." This is the reply I got - they've set up a wiki for collecting info. It doesn't appear to be quite perfect yet, but just figured i'd fyi.

The plan is that I create a new project on the website this coming weekend, and aim to by then get the content editing working well enough that you can all add+edit events to the election project directly through the website. Once
its up I'll send more information on how it works.
For starters, I've created a wiki where we can collaborate -

Anyone who is keen can start throwing information or ideas onto it (no login is required). Also, I created a section with a list of potential
topics. These topics are used to categorise the events within a project. If people could add
any topics they think might be useful, then I will use the list when creating the project. Also feel free to add pages to the wiki or do what you
want with it, as long as it helps our investigation :).
