A Wasted Diary

I been scanning the diaries on and off all day and to be honest I just didn't see anything that jumped out and grabbed me by the nuts until I opened up yet another Flu Pandemic diary Here by ETinKC just before it floated off the front page into never never land.

Don't get me wrong. There was absolutely nothing wrong with ETinKC's diary. Hell everybody should have the shit scared out of them at least once a day and at my age that's a good thing. What got me thinking though was a comment in the diary that was attributed to ET's boss.

Nothing earth shattering just something about how if things got really bad Fido might end up on the dinner menu. Now before anybody gets up in arms, I'm sure that this was just a snarky comment. In any case that is not why I decided to waste my precious one a day diary.

Like I said above, that comment got me thinking about the fact that I hadn't seen a pet diary on this site in a long time and since I don't do a lot of diaries I said to myself "Self why don't you start a pet thread". Hence a wasted diary. Below are my two best buddies Marty (On the right) and Jasper (On the left).
