Fiddling with ratings

Still tinkering...

Here's something new. A four-level rating system. "1" is for trolls. "2" is for marginal content (rude, off topic, etc), "3" is for good, or better than average posts, and "4" is for excellent or outstanding posts.

Let me make one thing clear -- rankings are here to stay. The question is how those rankings will look. Version one was a bit undefined. Not only was the 1-5 scale too wide, but it left too much to subjective interpretation. I'm trying to narrow the options (1-4), and make them a bit more clear.
