Bush's dictator pal in Uzbekistan: over 200 dead?

Islam Karimov, dictator of Uzbekistan, ally of George W. Bush, is known to boil oppositionists to his regime alive.

Now, he is trying to drown a popular uprising in blood. According to the BBC, this may have cost already over 200 lives.
