faith based accounting

Faith based accounting can not be used to run an organization.
It did not work for enron.
It did not work for worldcom.
Why does Bush think it will it work for the US Government?

We need to have a budget with real numbers that match.
Lets get an alternative budget written and proposed to congress.

That is something that democrats should do to announce their vision.  
They had staff who could do that during the clinton administration.  

It could be done again.
