So, I have some questions about the whole NSA thing. My apologies for being a bad Kossack and not following this from the beginning. I was kind of burned out on scandals when this first broke. Question one is, is there a place that lists all the ridiculous things that were being spyed on? I heard about a Quaker meeting house, PETA, vegans, a gay kiss-in protesting Don't Ask, Don't Tell (I can't imagine why I didn't hear more about such interest in the gay kiss-in on Daily Kos, it seems it would be a great thing to mock Bush about. Because if al-Qaeda teaches its followers anything its that boys must be able to kiss other boys while joining the US military.) Ya got any more of these? Also, how is it claimed that knowing about this helps al-Qaeda? Everyone already knew the US was spying on al-Qaeda. The only thing we didn't know was that it was also spying on scads of people without a secret court's OK. How would that have changed al-Qaeda's operational behavior? Just play devil's advocate for me. Thanks!
