FL Senate Rejects Bill to Restore "Terri's" Feeding Tube

Fox has a breaking headline saying that the FL Senate has rejected the bill requiring that Terri Schiavo's feeding tube be reinserted.  See foxnews.com.

I do not know what I am most surprised about:  (1) That the Florida Senate, a body full of politicians, did what was right and allowed Terri Schiavo's individual wishes to be followed or (2) That Fox News, even as bad as it is, has the audacity to refer to Ms. Schiavo on a first name basis.  

These people do not know "Terri" or what she would have wanted in this situation.  Unless they can prove that "Terri's" husband is not the proper guardian, they should lose.  

They will try the USSC next.  I hope Justice Kennedy refers it to the whole Court and the Court is unanimous.
