On my way to work this morning, while thinking about
550 American GIs dead in an unnecessary war, I remembered this incredible tripe that spewed out of Barbara Bush's mouth not so long ago:
But why should we hear about body bags and deaths and how many, what day it's going to happen, and how many this or what do you suppose? Oh, I mean, it's, not relevant. So why should I waste my beautiful mind on something like that?
I wonder if her "beautiful mind" is troubled yet? I wonder if she sees any relevancy now? Jesus, the more time that goes by, the more disgusting this statement is.
Her mind was never "beautiful", and it was wasted long ago. And tragically for all of those dead GIs and their suffering families, her son inherited that disgusting, callous "mind" from her.
