HRC is sinking in red ink. The recent FEC disclosures indicate that she started April with $8 mil. on hand for the primary. The recent disclosures also indicate that she spent $22.2 million in March and is carrying over $10 million in debts to the campaign committee. Depending on how the fundraising is going this month, she is likely drowning in debt at this point.
One would think that she would be publicizing her April fundraising numbers if they would do anything to counter the catastrophic headlines this will generate in the morning.

I will add detail as I retrieve it from the FEC report and as it becomes more generally available, but the financial and political implications of this report are huge. Obama started April with $42 million cash on hand, and HRC had only $8 million. He's going to be able to spend her into the ground from here on out.
In addition, there have been complaints filed (I believe from Judicial Watch) regarding the Elton John ($2.5 million) fundraiser, due to the fact that it was an in-kind contribution from a non-citizen, which is apparently prohibited under federal election laws. As was noted in the comments, this kind of complaint is difficult to enforce, but it may just become part of the narrative as the reports of the sinking financial condition of the HRC campaign generate traction.

FEC Report
While the Clinton report was either filed late or reported by the FEC late, the Clinton campaign did provide some of the "cash on hand" math in earlier reports to the press:
Barack Obama raised $41 million in March and had $42 million available to spend against debt-ridden Democratic rival Hillary Rodham Clinton in April, campaign finance reports filed Sunday show.
Clinton reported raising $20 million in March and had $9 million for the primary available at the beginning of April. But she also reported debts of $10.3 million, putting her in the red.
Overall, Obama had $51 million in the bank at the end of March, with nearly $9 million of that available only for the general election.

If there's one thing that's reasonable to assume in light of this news its this:
If Hillary's April fundraising news was going to be any better, we would have heard it by now. It is very unlikely, in light of the growing Obama inevitability talk, that the "smart money" for Clinton is willing to keep throwing good money after bad. She's being heavily outspent on the air in North Carolina and Indiana as we speak, and its hard to imagine how they're going to finance a ground game in both states that will be able to keep pace with Obama.
I've got to imagine that any North Carolina or Indiana vendors are going to want to see their cash up front. Its only going to get harder to HRC from here on out, so long as Obama doesn't give her the ability to live off of free media.
One final thought:
One possible (and not so unusual) endgame for all this is that Obama will make an informal arrangement to help ensure that Hillary's debts get retired if she gracefully withdraws. After all, pretty soon she's going to have to start raising funds for her NY Senate reelection campaign, and millions in bad presidential debts could put a real crimp in those efforts.
