So I have been noticing a lot of disappointment with the party leadership because a lot of you see them as failing. I do not, I think recently they done a great job. I loved the Immigration Bill (I don't like the part about the fence or English being the national language but what bill is perfect?), I loved the way they been standing up to the Republicans lately, and I think we got a good chance to win back the Senate, and maybe the House, in the 2006 Midterms.
I also noticed that some of you will not be happy with the party until the moderates and conservative Democrats are gone and that why I wrote this diary. To tell those people that it our party too. We have as much of a right to the party as liberals do and we will not be pushed out. Yes I know some of you were upset that some Democrats voted for the confirmation of Hayden. But show me one senator who has a 100% Democrats voting record, so these guys voted foe Hayden doesn't mean their not loyal to the party. Yes there are moderates in the party and yes we support free trade, want to have money, support the death penalty, and like Bush's immigration plan but we still Democrats and I think we need to stop complaining about one another, accept the fact that Democrats aren't one size fits all, and be unified.
