Wesley wins Democratic Survivor

DAY 8:  Carol had been eliminated, and so Democratic Survivor came down to Wesley and JohnE.  A day to spend without political maneuvering, but just get ready to declare a winner.

It was time to face the consequences of their actions.  At the final tribal council, they would have to leave their fate to the judgment of the jury of the damned.

One by one Wesley and JohnE faced questions from Carol, Joe and JohnK.  Al was quixotic, only asking them to pick a number from one to ten.  Dennis and Dick made them defend some of their actions.  And Howard, bitter from what he considered to be his unfair expulsion, ranted and raved at the two of them, something about a snake and a rat, and how it ought to be as nature intended.

And so the votes were counted, and Wesley was declared the winner.

I hope everyone enjoyed the game.  This got a fair amount of publicity, even getting posted on the main page of the Edwards blog.

Of course the events of Friday's ROUND 6 were unexpcted.  I accepted the hacked results that kicked Dean out of the game, thinking it appropriately within the spirit of a Survivor-type game.  I'd like your opinion on that decsion in the poll below.
