Jack Cafferty says what needed to be said

Jack Cafferty just absolutely let Bush have it on CNN. He called the federal government's handling of the NO the worst "bungling" he'd seen in his lifetime.  500-600 letters have come in to Cnn in response to the question "How would you rate the federal government's response?" and not one of them was positive.

I was never a huge fan of Cafferty but he absolutely excoriated Bush ("This was five days ago for God's sake!!!") with rage or disdain he deserves.
