Well well, you have to love Scientologists when they get their knickers in a twist.
This always begs the question; do they have magic underwear or is that only the Mormons?
One of the worlds great religions financial institutions revealed dreamed up by a crappy pulp science fiction writer and congenital liar, is being deeply offended by a film:
Scientology leaders have accused Germany's primary public TV network, ARD, of creating in top secret a piece of propaganda that sets out to undermine the group, and have demanded to see it before it is broadcast.
You have to love this type of thing since it contains:
1] A conspiracy theory
2] Complaints about something they haven't seen yet.
Well I suppose it fair since there was in Germany a conspiracy theory that Tom Cruise starred in a film about the attempted assassination of Hitler was a propaganda tool for Scientology in Germany.
All is fair in love and conspiracy theory I suppose.
We all know how the Great religion of Scientology makes the money to hire the best legal minds money can buy.
If you are not Tom Cruise, John Travolta, or any other name worth its weight in propaganda the costs for obtaining faith can be very high after all:
"It's the only church I've ever seen with a cashier's booth," says a secretary from Texas who quit after one session.

Now actually your 5,000 dollar 120 hour audit can be condensed into 15 minutes, hey it is efficient since it is scientific, what more do you want?
Then again that is only the beginning [if you want to become mega fun top cool and part of the big boys when then you get a whole galaxy of your own, or whatever] it going to take a truckload full of cash, fame is also a bargaining tool.
To be your own Galactic emperor and reach OT8 it is going to cost a small fortune in the order of $400,000+ after all Tom Cruise is only OT7 [off topic seven, that works for me].
Its is the way the Roman Catholic Church operated and it annoyed Luther so much he sparked off a revolution.
Back to Germany
"We are fearful that the organisation will try to use all legal means to try to stop the film being shown," he said.
Of this you can be absolutely certain, imagine the cost of losing charitable status around the world, its cheaper to hire 100 lawyers.
The tax free revenue is estimated to be about $500 million per year.
You may feel this is small potatoes compared to the $15 billion the Catholic Church pulls in, but it is still a sizeable religion charity business.
Why they hire lawyers
Their own publicity is quite different
However you can buy salvation its just a question how far you are willing to go and how much you can be taken for.
Their methodology when investigated.
Intimidate, and push people to the limit.
.
In support of the basis of the German film:
A GROUP of renegade Scientologists are calling for a "Reformation" in the controversial faith, saying that members of Sea Org – Scientology's elite corps of staff members – were pressured to have abortions, forced to work without sleep on little pay and were held incommunicado if they wanted to leave.
The church says the defectors are lying.
Their war against Psychiatry
I regard this as a direct attack on my partner Marie-Louise who works every day to make peoples lives more bearable.
The association between psychiatry and the holocaust disgusts me [and her] to our very core.
.
I am tired of their lies
I am tired of their intimidation tactics.
I am tired of the cowardly acceptance by governments of their status as a religion.
I am tired of their cult.
.
The South Park episode summed it up as a cult, however they didn't go too deeply into its dark side.
Janet Reitman's article is well worth a read if you have not read it before.
Panorama and Scientology
What some judges think based on the evidence presented.
.
A religion based on the raving of a congenital liar and now headed by sone truly evil people.
It's long past time it was exposed for what it is
A business built on a lie founded by a liar.
.
So much evidence against one cult and yet it still carries on, it not because of its fundamental truth but because of its effective scare legal tactics backed by financial muscle.
This comes from preying on the weak, lonely and troubled.
You can worship an ashtray for all I care, however when you intimidate, spread malicious lies, attack others work, ruin lives, and generally just look at the bottom line; you have no right to charitable status.
I believe a few decades of back taxes are owed.
.
Note:
Many politicians in governments around the world are rightfully worried that taking Scientology's status as a religion away would open a whole can of worms.
They say this would put into question all religions.
My reply would be:
Why not?
Make them prove they are no-profit making and/or truly charitable organisations.
If not
Tax them as any other business, hell plenty of other companies promise to make your life better now rather than in the afterlife.
.
Update:
If you only watch one video, watch the one under 'Their war against Psychiatry'
Listen to the utter gobbledegook he spouts to wrap the menace up in words.
