This is my one diary entry for the day, and it doesn't concern Hurricane Katrina.
The hompeage isn't displaying correctly for me. I don't know why, but display errors on the site are up today....is this true for anyone else? I'm curious.
Look at this screenshot I took from my computer. I'm using Internet Explorer on a windows 2000 machine:

If you look at the right sidebar, you can see it's moved to the left somewhat. Now, this isn't the case for every page. But it's occuring on the homepage, and I'm unsure why. I booted up Firefox, which I actually like better than IE anyway, and there isn't a problem with the sidebar on the home page.
I also clicked on a couple diary threads (this is in IE again) and the comments were stretching all the way across the page, even into the adspace. Now, for weeks, the comments have occasionally jutted out of the space, but I've never seen them go all the way across the page.
It's not like the errors are destroying the layout of Kos. But I'm sure Markos would like to have the errors fixed regardless.
You can see the comments going across the screen in this screenshot:
Even in Firefox, when you click on a diary thread, there's problems. The sidebar is off and the comments go way across the page.
If I remember correctly, this has been a problem for a while. And it's cropping up in more than one diary. It doesn't bother me terribly, I just think it would be good if it were fixed.
For months and months we had people constantly complaining about how our site looked - we kept addressing display errors. After we launched Version 3, the complaints died down and have stopped. Maybe this just needs a CSS fix, I don't know.
Feel free to recommend, vote in the poll and comment about how the site looks for you. I may update this with some Firefox screenshots.
