Republicans gathered around the country today to pay their respects to the people killed on 9/11 (despite some of them being Muslim) by fomenting hate.
Unlike President Obama, who was a nobody when the attacks occurred, they recognize the threat that Islam poses to America.
And I'm not talking about some benign threat like diabetes...
I'm talking full-blown threat like Russia.

Republican nominee for NV SEN Sharron Angle reiterated her openness to revolution.
KARL: And of course Jefferson said the tree of liberty needs to be fed with the blood of tyrants and patriots from time to time but can you foresee us getting in a situation where there is such anger in this country that we’re in a revolutionary situation?
ANGLE: Well I think at the conclusion of that discussion I said I hope not.
KARL: But do you think it’s possible?
ANGLE: Well of course anything is possible I suppose.
While it's true that anything is possible, some things are apparently more likely than others.
Meanwhile:
Republican candidate for the Washington State House of Reps Hans Zeiger served up some food for thought, which local Democrats are eating up.
"One might wonder why the Girl Scouts have been spared the painful attacks that have been launched upon the Boy Scouts by the Left in recent years. The reasons are simple: the Girl Scouts allow homosexuals and atheists to join their ranks, and they have become a pro-abortion, feminist training corps.
If the Girl Scouts of America can’t get back to teaching real character, perhaps it will be time to look for our cookies elsewhere."
And, finally:
Meghan McCain went on The Daily Show to get some things off her chest.
"I was not on my best behavior the whole time. I wasn't always acting like I should. But when you're sent to an image consultant and it's said that you look like a stripper and you talk bad and you're hurting the campaign, when there's a pregnant teen there, it does a little bit to your self esteem."
Peace out.
