However, some genius in Senate should be able to articulate something like, e.g., "Observers from both the U.S. and foreign countries have noted that Senate and administration methods seem to revolve around hypocrisy and shell-games, whether re the U.S. companies profiting from food-for-oil, or the administration refusing to recant its OWN 'anonymous source' stuff that triggered invading Iraq. And this nuclear option is false, too, a betrayal of America."
