WAY TO GO BADGERS! Farmers driving their tractors on the square; a mass of humanity all out on a chilly, windy Saturday morning with one common goal. To take our democracy back.
Not going to be a lot of commentary on this one...just a lot of photos. Oh...and this is my first trip out with my new DSLR...I hope the photos are as good as the ones I took with my old point and shoot camera.
Scroll to the bottom update for a link to the rest of the photos I took...there are over 300 of them.

Ok.....I have a soft spot for this sign...Cheap Trick is my favorite band...

This was taken at about 10:30 from the 4th floor of the State Historical society museum ...a couple hours before the main crowd arrived...

This was a little disturbing...

Now really...who in their right mind would want to piss these guys off? They would kick your ass if you did.

The famous Wisconsin Palm...

This was taken about noon...from two blocks down State Street...the "official" DOA estimate...30,000 people. My guess...somewhere well north of 100,000.

Hate to post and run...but I have to head out to a charity bowling event now.Updated by Kodiak54 at Sat Mar 12, 2011, 06:58:39 PM
I forgot to mention...I was speaking with one of the DNR wardens today who was providing security in the Capitol. He said normally if you get a big crowd like this, you have one or two bad apples...he said he has been there everyday since it started, and not a single bad apple.
