Plants today, over the fold ...
In Hayward, CA there is a small stand of native grapes, whether originally cultivated or wild, I know not. The cluster size is uniform, but the grapelets in the clusters range from pinpoints to pinheads. They are where they will be when they are fully ripened and so they are widely separated at the moment.
In Castro Valley, CA a one vine trellis of Cabernet Sauvignon planted for eventual jam looks about the same. Mean while, the nearby Italian Parsley which is going to seed is about half done; half of the seed sites either fully transformed into seeds or already dropped, and half still working on it. I might get photos later today.
How about your "hardiness/planting zone"? What is going on where you are, and, of course, where is that?
