Breaking news! Chris Christie reportedly still not running in 2012

GOP action hero Chris Christie is out of the running for 2012—at least that's what Fox News is saying.

Christie's brother agrees, but the speculation just won't end.

Personally, I don't give a hoot whether he does or he doesn't, but one thing that I do love is watching the spectacle of the entire GOP establishment deciding that Rick Perry had conclusively destroyed his presidential campaign ... and turning not to Mitt Romney, but Chris Christie, for salvation.

Meanwhile, actual Republican primary voters still say they support Perry over Romney ... at least for now.

2:03 PM PT: OMFG! Totally breaking! Jon Karl's sources say Chris Christie's brother and Fox News don't know WTF they are talking about. He's still thinking about jumping in the 2012 pool. Whee!
