Birther Slapped With $177,000 Fine For Wasting The Court's Time

“If the complaint in this action was a movie script, it would be entitled ‘The Manchurian Candidate Meets The Da Vinci Code.'"

Those were the words of Brooklyn Judge Arthur Schack after fining Christopher Earl Strunk $177k. Schack called the Obama birther allegations, "fanciful, delusional and irrational" and a waste of the court's time. Apparently Strunk had written 20 previous lawsuits. Most have been dismissed. Strunk says he's not going to pay...

“I’m going to have this thing overturned and I’m not going to pay a dime,” vowed Strunk (In photo below).
