The Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution reads:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
I don't care who Edward Snowden is. What he ate, what his political backround is, or if he is a "traitor" or "hero".
I care that the constitution of the United States has been willfully displaced by secret legal opinions and that the United States is illegally collecting and storing information on its law abiding citizens. It's not like we don't have the last one hundred years as proof that this is a horrid idea.
