On the national security side, he advocates further reductions in nuclear weapons and urges an accelerated withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan.
Since he came to the Senate, Brian has continued to stand up for progressive causes. I’ve worked with him closely on a number of critical issues, from student loans to clean energy to raising the minimum wage, and I’ve seen what he can get done.
