The Human Rights Campaign recently unrolled a new campaign titled On Notice: It is Time Scott Lively and Robert Oscar Lopez End the Export of Hate. The campaign is directed at God's gentle people who have taken their unlimited hatred of LGBT people on the road to countries such as Uganda and Russia, working with government leaders to usher in dangerous and draconian laws aimed at their own LGBT populations. Among these movers and shakers of global LGBT oppression, no one has been more effective at the exportation of American Hate Values than Scott Lively of the Abiding Truth Ministries.
Lively has always been known to have extraordinarily thin skin when criticized for his stock and trade hate mongering. However, the latest call-out by the HRC has him positively apoplectic. Citing the 2012 incident when Floyd Lee Corkins walked into the Family Research Council's headquarters armed and intending to carry out mass murder, Lively is accusing the HRC of "deliberately trying to incite [his] murder." Even though this extraordinarily rare and isolated event was unequivocally denounced by every single LGBT and Human Rights organization, Lively is conveniently using it to insist that the HRC has placed his life in danger by calling out the very practice he is himself truly guilty of in foreign lands.
The so-called Human Rights Campaign (HRC) has taken a page from the left wing hate group Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) and published a new report called 'The Export of Hate.' A’ la SPLC, this publication is nothing less than an enemies list designed to help people like 'gay' activist Floyd Lee Corkins identify their assassination targets.
I have special cause for concern in this matter because I am listed by HRC as Target #1.
Not every 'gay' activist is physically violent, thankfully. Most limit their 'human rights advocacy' to harassment, intimidation and slander. But make no mistake, if they thought they could get away will killing every person on the HRC and SPLC hit lists, they would do it. They smolder with malicious hatred against anyone who stands in their way.
I believe they are now deliberately trying to incite murder against me and every other person on their enemies list. That might have sounded a bit paranoid in years past, but post-Corkins it is just cold hard fact that some 'gay' activists are incited to murder by inflammatory leftist rhetoric. The HRC knows that, and yet their rhetoric in this Exporting Hate publication is MORE inflammatory than the SPLC’s rhetoric the drove Corkins over the edge!
And I am demanding a retraction and public apology from both HRC and SPLC. To both of them I insist: STOP INCITING HATE BEFORE YOU GET PEOPLE KILLED!!!!!"
Projection, thy name is Scott Lively. Never mind that the work of the Human Rights Campaign and other similar groups has as its goal to end blind, institutionalized hatred of the global LGBT community. Like so many other Authoritarian wankers, Lively has twisted the very tactics they engage in and baselessly insisted it is actually their opponents who are the guilty party. And it won't work.
The strides we have made have not been accomplished at the end of a gun or through a cherry-picked holy book, but by speaking our truth loudly and fearlessly. A mind such as Scott Lively's cannot grasp such a straight forward, non-manipulative method. Yet our truth prevails, our love prevails. It leaves our enemies shaking in impotent rage, which is just a little bonus in our fight for our equality.
