In the wake of a loss like the one Democrats on Election Day, there's always going to be
some finger-pointing. Since we're talking about Democrats, some of that finger-pointing will inevitably involve competing claims that if the party had just moved right or moved left, things would have been better. And since Nancy Pelosi has been the party's leader in the House for quite a while now, some of it will inevitably involve questioning her leadership. In fact, as of late Monday, according to Politico's John Bresnahan and Lauren French:
A few Democrats — including some new members-elect such as Gwen Graham of Florida — are expected to vote against Pelosi on Tuesday, although the number of defections is still expected to be small.
And indeed, the number of defections does appear to have been small. Very small:
Nancy Pelosi was just unanimously reelected House Minority Leader, per aide in caucus meeting. No nays.

Apparently that discontent was overplayed or Pelosi has just demonstrated the kind of vote-whipping skills you look for in a House leader.
