yesterday declared a state of emergency in Missouri, Gov. Jay Nixon, held a press conference last night on how the state is preparing for an upcoming grand jury decision in the shooting death of unarmed teenager Michael Brown by Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson. Asked what should've been a very simple question about who's in charge, Nixon didn't just fumble and refuse to take ownership, he had his own Miss South Carolina moment. The difference is, this time, his courage and credibility and responsibility actually matter. Remember this?
