The joy of winning an election is that immediately following it you can talk with radio callers about things you really believe in. Today, Kris Kobach, Kansas Secretary of State, took to the airwaves in Kansas to discuss ethnic cleansing.
Claiming that immigrant rights groups are “calling for the return of the Spanish territory, which could be almost half of the United States,” the caller warned, “When one race or culture overwhelms another culture, they run them out or they kill them. And it’s a bigger issue than just being Democrats. And they know in numbers, once the numbers are so bad, they can pretty much do whatever they want to do.”
“What protects us in America from any kind of ethnic cleansing is the rule of law, of course,” Kobach responded. “And the rule of law used to be unassailable, used to be taken for granted in America. And now, of course, we have a president who disregards the law when it suits his interests. So, while I normally would answer that by saying, ‘Steve, of course we have the rule of law, that could never happen in America,’ I wonder what could happen. I still don’t think it’s going to happen in America, but I have to admit, things are strange and they are happening.”

The idea is that, as the Spanish speaking people come to America, they will demand a return to Mexico of Texas and many Spanish claimed territories of the 1800s and before. Rather than rebuff these claims by a caller as ridiculous, Kobach not only acknowledges them but continues by saying he 'isn't sure' what would happen, and that the rule of law isn't what it used to be.
Kobach's assertion followed an earlier discussion about the horror of the President's immigration move, in which he posited this doozy:
Democrats want to create a “a locked-in vote for socialism” by “replacing American voters with newly legalized aliens.”

There are two levels of what is being said here - by using the rhetoric "REPLACING" American voters, he implies that the new voters are in fact, still not American.. but more importantly, that they are taking the place of the good American voters that would oppose such a policy.
Kobach continued on the radio show, blasting the president for being a beneficiary of affirmative action, and calling websites that opposed him "Left Wing".
In response, a caller shared her theory that the president thinks “everything is all about him” and “is mentally incapable, I think it’s rendered him somewhat handicapped in his ability to process things” in a logical manner.
“You know, I wonder if goes all the way back to his upbringing, where, and I’m thinking more in terms of college and law school, where the affirmative action culture just lavished praise upon him and he could do no wrong,” Kobach responded. “And he got into Harvard Law despite not being that impressive a student and once there, he became law review editor because, ‘Oh my goodness, we have this wonderful student.’ He was not winning it himself, but he was told that he was great from the moment he set foot.”

Calling Al Jazeera "a left-wing crackpot network in addition to being apologists for Islamic extremism,” he mocked the story’s conclusion: “Disenfranchising? Give me a break. Photo ID doesn’t disenfranchise anyone. Taking someone off the voter rolls because they moved from one state to the other and taking them off the first state doesn’t disenfranchise anyone.”
“But this is what the left does. Elections don’t matter to them because now they have this ridiculous, absurd excuse.”
Kris Kobach, Kansas Secretary of State and a lead legislation drafter (for things like SB1070 and others) will be more than busy this year, as he has already been booked to bring his legislation - which has already passed in states like Alabama, Arizona, Ohio, Nebraska and elsewhere to new candidate states.
If he's not busy in your state, he can always spend time hanging out with Ted Nugent.
Kobach is a “BloodBrother & on the frontlines taking on the America hating ObamaGang at every turn,” rock singer Ted Nugent wrote on Facebook this year, after Kobach, a 48-year-old Republican, lobbied the Texas legislature for the right to shoot feral hogs from helicopters.
