Not a lot of new numbers but a bunch of analysis today:

--Massachusetts: 114K confirmed QHPs (83% paid); 211K Medicaid

--King v. Burwell: Time is NOT on the states' side

--Minnesota: 200 more QHPs over 2 days...but what's going on with the tax credits??

--Bad News: 9 States are Underperforming. Good News: 12 States are OVERperforming
