Looks like saner Senate Republicans are taking a stand against the House GOP's suicide pact to shut down Homeland Security.

That means Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is looking to fund Homeland Security through September without the anti-immigrant provisions, whilst trying to convince the House crazies that Judge Andrew Hanen's order sufficiently blocks Obama's 2014 immigration actions.
