Good morning from the Blue Ridge Mountains. Otteray Scribe's daughter, CelticLassie, is a bold and adventurous cook, and she has a large collection of special seasonings. Here is a picture of just her hot sauces:

She usually has Pickapeppa Sauce and Durkee's Famous Sauce, but her dad used them all up. What hot sauces or other favorite seasonings would you recommend to her?  Recipes are welcome!
