This is just disgusting (if true). A Hialeah, Fla., police sergeant, the son of a former police chief, has been suspended following allegations of sexual abuse from a young lesbian couple pulled over at a traffic stop. They had apparently made an improper U-turn. He took them back to the substation and began to ask one of them inappropriate and sexual questions. That cop is Sgt. Jesus Menocal, Jr., and the incident occurred on the night of June 14.

The couple say Menocal, Jr. told one girl, 17, to get into the back of his police car and the other, 20, to follow behind in her car.
When they arrived at the substation, Menocal, Jr. allegedly took the teen from his car inside to a private room and began asking inappropriate questions.
"[He asked me] how do I have intercourse, and I told him, 'Why do I need to answer that? Why is that necessary?'" the young woman said to WSVN. "He insisted me to answer it, so I told him how me and my partner have intercourse, which is me and my girlfriend. After, he asked if I was a virgin. He asked me, if he was to test me right that moment, if I had any diseases on me."
The young woman says Menocal, Jr. then put one hand below his weapon belt and began rubbing his genitals over his pants. Detained without charge, the teen says at this point she feared she would be arrested and jailed for no reason. "He put me in a room, he told me I was going to be with investigators," she explained tearfully to WSVN. "And out of nowhere, there's no one in the office."

After that she says she put her shorts back and Menocal Jr. asked her to show him her tattoos.
“And he tells me to take off my shirt and my bra together,” said the alleged victim. “I told him this is insane. This is unnecessary. I don’t want to. I don’t need to. I don’t want to. He told me, ‘Oh. I thought you wanted to have intercourse with me.’”

Menocal Jr., a Hialeah SWAT team officer with eight years in the department, is under investigation and was suspended with pay on Sunday, Velázquez said.
Velázquez also said that Hialeah police leaders met on Monday with the Miami-Dade state attorney’s office to coordinate the delivery of evidence as the investigation moves forward.
“This is a very delicate road … and we seek to be impartial,” said Velázquez. “Our job is to get to the bottom of this. If it is proven that there was wrongdoing, the appropriate decision will be taken. Otherwise, he will return to work.”
Menocal Jr. is the son of Jesús “Jesse” Menocal, who retired as Sweetwater police chief in May. He has not commented on the case.
