After a superb debate performance on Sunday night, Bernie Sanders is SOARING to new heights in the polls! The Bern is spreading to every corner of Iowa… I mean, the nation! This massive momentum places Bernie Sanders and his progressive movement right where they need to be to strike at the heart of the establishment machine. As the ranks of the movement swell, the Democratic Party is taking notice and shifting its strategy to welcome the Sanders outsiders in many places around the country.

The tone is quickly changing behind the scenes and out in plain view. With hundreds showing up to Bernie Sanders events all over the country, every day, without much official campaign presence or prompting, state and local party staff and officials are noticing. In Ohio, the Ohio Democratic Party (ODP) has opened their doors to the Sanders grassroots organizers… offering to help promote and host their events and letting volunteer groups use their spaces. ODP chairman, David Pepper, even highlighted the achievements of local Bernie supporters taking on formerly unchallenged Republican incumbents, in a recent Washington Post interview.
The party’s shift is telling. Make no mistake, they are moving fast to position themselves for a Sanders win. Understandably, they did not anticipate a Hillary loss until recently… but it is crystal clear now, the movement can and will bring significant change to the party.
