All counties are finally reporting their numbers to the SOS of missing and/or uncounted ballots.

CA counties reported totals of uncounted ballots in 3 categories:

Vote-By-Mail: 2,075,076
Provisional Ballots: 1,268,288
Damaged ballots, ballots that could not be machine read and need to be remade, and ballots diverted by optical scanners for further review: 115,314

TOTAL CA ballots reported as not counted: 3,458,678+
