“looks like I picked the wrong week to quit drinking”! Trying to connect all the dots is making me real dizzy.
Ok, you’ve all heard about how Flynn was a paid foreign agent of Turkey. It may be part of the investigation.
And yesterday, the Wall Street Journal reported a story about this crazy stuff:
The Wall Street Journal reported Friday that Woolsey and other people present at the meeting confirmed that Flynn was coordinating with officials from the cabinet of right-wing Turkish Pres. Recep Tayyip Erdogan in anticipation of extraditing Fethullah Gulen back to Turkey should Trump win the presidency.
The “dead of night” operation was intended to circumvent normal U.S. extradition laws, Woolsey said. The meeting took place on Sep. 19, and Woolsey said he arrived late only to be startled and alarmed that the discussion was treading into potentially illegal territory.
So now we know that Flynn was being paid by Turkey, and that he was already planning to do some big favors for Turkey. So a few days before the inauguration he meets with Turkish officials again, and who happens to be at the meeting?
Nunes was certainly a member of the Trump regime’s transition team, but the article above describes his role on the intelligence committee.
Why was he there? Did he notify any other members of the intelligence committee that he was there in an official capacity? And most importantly, how the hell can he run an investigation where one of the main subjects of the investigation may be involved in an illegal relationship with a foreign power, and where Nunes may have participated (wittingly or unwittingly) in a meeting that will certainly be investigated?!

UPDATE: just to be perfectly clear, we’re talking about 2 separate meetings here. The Sept Flynn meeting is where the abduction stuff was discussed and it hasn’t been reported what was discussed at the Jan. meeting where Nunes attended.
