Received this e-mail today from Governor Tom Wolf’s (D. PA) re-election campaign:
The clock is ticking to register to vote in time for November's election.
If you're celebrating your 18th birthday on or before November 7, 2017, or if you've changed your name or moved recently, you have until October 10 to register to vote in time for the general election.
Luckily, it's easier than ever to register to vote or update your registration.
Two years ago, Governor Tom Wolf enacted online voter registration (OVR) in Pennsylvania. OVR isn't just a convenient, accurate, and secure way to register to vote -- it's an important first step toward making the ballot box more accessible.
And it's been a pretty big hit:
Over 950,000 Pennsylvanians have used OVR since Governor Wolf made the portal available -- and in 2016 alone, there were 100,000 more new applicants who used the state's portal than those who used traditional paper applications.
What are you waiting for?
Thanks,
The Wolf Pack
